Cámara Chica

The Cámara Chica project has set up digital media production hubs in ten communities across Cuba and Venezuela, offering young people and communities opportunities to discover and develop creative and technical skills through filmmaking.

Digital Democracies

Digital Democracies was a national project led by Threshold Studios that united leading UK festivals to explore how art and technology can transform and reimagine public spaces.

British Council/VR Hackjam

As part of Industry Week at University of Lincoln in February 2021, Threshold Studios introduced School of Film & Media students to Inkibit Immersive, a female-led creative collective exploring immersive technologies. Supported by Threshold Studios and Digital Democracies, Inkibit Immersive ran a VR Hackjam where participants were encouraged to explore open-source software and discover new ways to take an idea from concept to prototype.

RADAR was a graduate accelerator that connected emerging creative talent with paid industry opportunities and mentorship to boost employability and launch careers.
